To the 2025 Undergraduate Graduates:

The email accounts, MIS, VPN, and self-service printing privileges of the 2025 undergraduate graduates will be officially deactivated starting from December 31, 2025. All data within the email accounts will be synchronized and deleted. Therefore, please make sure to: • Back up necessary emails (such as recommendation letters, offers, communication with teachers, CVs, etc.)  asap • Back up your contacts (such as forwarding them to a personal email).

If you have used the BNBU student email for registration or linked it to other external services, please promptly change it.

Students with deferred graduation will not be affected. The list of graduates is based on the information provided by AR. If you have any questions, please feel free to call ITSC at 0756-3620315.

Additionally, our university provides an alumni email for graduates, which serves as proof of being a BNBU graduate. To use this service, please register refer to: https://admission.bnbu.edu.cn/alumni/xyfw/xyzsyx.htm. For inquiries, email alumni@bnbu.edu.cn.
